Business Consulting Munich was founded in 2009 by three professionals with a strong focus on SAP offerings for the financial services industry, mainly in the insurance and leasing sector. Together, the three partners of BC-Munich have more than 18 years of financial-services experience and almost 30 years of relevant experience in the SAP domain.

Bjoern Jansen

Bjoern is a co-founder and acting partner of BC-Munich. He is responsible for ERP-based financial and management-reporting solutions. Based on his many years of experience, he has specialized in solutions for the first and reinsurance business.

During his professional career Bjoern worked as an SAP expert in various internal and external roles in the financial industry. Throughout his career he focused on process improvement and SAP implementation projects in accounting and management-reporting functions for market leaders in the financial sector. In this area he has concentrated on reporting-template developments and global rollouts.

Prior to co-founding BC-Munich, Bjoern worked for KPMG Consulting, Allianz and as a self-employed project manager for international reporting-template rollouts.

Christian Hartung

Christian is co-founder and acting partner of BC-Munich and is responsible for business intelligence processes across all industries, in particular SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Objects solutions.

During his professional career, Christian kept a strong focus on SAP implementations and specialized on portal solutions such as integrated planning and reporting, covering sales, logistics and financial processes. His expertise ranges from ABAP/4 till latest BI, Portal and BO Releases. Christian has been working as project manager in charge of small, large and complex Business Intelligence implementations around the globe, enabling change and leading multi-cultural teams

Prior to co-founding BC-Munich, Christian worked as practice manager at S&T, senior manager at IMG and senior consultant at KPMG Consulting. His experience is based on more than nine years in business consulting across several industries with a strong focus on SAP solutions, covering integrated planning and reporting.

Martin Reichert

Martin is a co-founder and acting partner of BC-Munich and is responsible for the leasing and banking sector.

During his professional career Martin gained insight in both, the implementation of SAP standard solutions and the deployment and continuous improvement of custom built developments, such as for lease providers and banks. Martins professional track is pan-European with project locations in e.g. Switzerland, Spain, France and UK.

Prior to co-founding BC-Munich, Martin worked as a senior manager at KPIT Infosystems, manager at Accenture for the financial services industry and manager at KPMG Consulting. His experience is based on more than 10 years in ERP consulting, mainly in the financial services industry and with a major focus on SAP solutions. His experience includes regular finance and controlling expertise but also contract accounting and SAP leasing solution (SAP AFL and LAE).
